★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A guarded and gated low cost flat. Convenient and comfortable place to live. You can smell the coffee aroma from the factory near by. Aeon shopping mall is not far away from here it’s about 3 stops away if you go on bus. The only thing here is you can’t find a parking space even though you have a sticker on your car screen as the management provides you. If you don’t display the sticker,the guards will questioning you..BUT,you can find many unauthorised vehicle without sticker park in the parking space which is designed for the residents. The residents encountered the problem of no place to part their car!No action taken even though have complained for many times .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medium cost housing areas. I believe two types of flats. Located at the end of the road, Jalan Permas 7 if not mistaken. This area really impressed about the cleanliness of the area and bottom ground area of each unit. Good job done by JMB.
