โ โ โ โ โ Kadar servis mahal. Pada 14/09/2019, kedai ini charge RM280 untuk tukar satu capacitor yg kosnya RM11 (rujuk harga jualan online; Shoppee, Lazada, etc, utk harga satu capacitor 25uF).
Service rates are expensive. On 14/09/2019, the store charged RM280 to replace one capacitor costing RM11 (refer to online sale price; Shoppee, Lazada, etc, for the price of one 25uF capacitor).

โ โ โ โ โ Made an appointment 3 days earlier. Says ok and confirm. When the appointment day comes, didnt show up. No text no call. No answer to text and call. No courtesy at all. Wasted my time standing by for him to show up. Good reviews here are probably from their own.

โ โ โ โ โ My aircond getting worst after serviced. Made appointments again for services one week earlier said "Ok". They didn't update their workers and giving excuses of being very busy. Didn't even come after promised. Not systematic and efficient. I felt so dissapointed, the first time also my last time. Services too bad. Not going to trust the second times anymore. Get cheated so bad after promised to come for services. I would like to rate half of one stars. Another half is for your service of reply to customers. That's your performances . Thank you.
