★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a negative review of this shop I surely would. We contacted this shop to replace our failing air conditioner in our own house.
Prior to the commencement of the job, we have already contacted the person in charge to provide a fitting which was a 45 degree elbow (readily available in any hardware shop), we did not receive any response from the person in charge that this fitting was 'unavailable' and that 'nobody would have it'
Today after they have already DISMANTLED the air conditioner and DRILLED through the wall, did they say that the fitting was not available and that it couldn't be found anywhere.
Obviously we could not accept that answer and PRODUCED THE FITTING AT OUR OWN EXPENSE for the job, to which the owner than said that he will pull out of this job leaving us now with a half drilled wall and a dismantled air conditioner.
I do not believe this is good service for that I highly do not recommend this shop ever for any air conditioner service.
Attached is a picture of the 'rare' fitting for everyone's perusal. TQ.
p/s: the boss pulled the workers out of the job when we went out to buy the fittings as per the telephone conversation we had with the boss.
