★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order and paid on 6 December 2021. According to their website, it will take 7 to 10 working days to arrive at my doorstep. After waiting for more than 14 working days, I did not receive the item I paid. It is therefore a misrepresentation to say the item will arrive within 7 to 10 working days.
After my numerous follow ups via email and WA the factory finally admitted that the item i paid are not available and they do not know when can they restock.It is highly unacceptable to accept payment for goods when you do not intend to supply the goods or unable to supply the goods within the specified period.
When I demanded for full refund, they promised to do so within 3 working days. After waiting for more than a week, again they break their promise. Again, I had to take the initiative to follow up with them on the refund. They gave excuses on the delay in giving the refund. As of today, I have yet to receive my refund. Beware of this Seller!
