The 2 staff on duty seem to be able to handle everything. Unfortunately, one of them is pretty slow and neither look too happy. Maybe it's too quiet...
As some reviewers have mentioned, the post office is at a junction so it's not easy to park nearby and it's dangerous to stop by the side.
3 stars for the cleanliness and air-conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to renew my roadtax and come on! The post office is so lame asking customers to pay only cash? Do you think people all the time carries cash everywhere? The world is headlong towards technology system and can't these people at least prepare a card payment system? At least e-wallet system? Such a hassle! I had to rush to nearby ATM which is like 1km away and get stuck in jam and had to drive back stuck in jam again and wasted nearly an hour of my time!!? To the management of setapak post office, please provide a good and try to develope something more efficient!!
