4. Want to enter room need password on door but the language Chinese can't understand why you like this.. "too complicated"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update : in the last two months I don't know what happened but the management is way better, Divina Tower is amazing especially because OlaMart. The lobby and the concierge is doing amazing work.
The package service to the apartment is very good now I give it 5 stars. Instead of the old 1 star. Which you can see why down.
Setia Sky is very good place to stay, but the management is the worst, they ban everything even if doesn't make sense for example Grab Delivery they refuse to let Delivery inside because of covid, so instead of rider go to each tower and wait there "and that will limit the exposure to this tower residence only", they made it only to the gate 4 and that make all the towers residence to be exposed to each other in the gate also in the way. which will increase the spread if it there. they still doesn't allow outside visitors even the goverment allows dine in restaurants which has the same effect as hosting someone in your home, but even hosting in home is safer. in the restaurant you remove the mask and got exposed to every one, but in home is limited. and the worst part they allowed visitors only in chinese new year as the different authenticity doesn't deserve this allowance in their religions festivals that's for border line racism. I'm not against Covid measure but I'm against Illogical measures. and bad managements. when every condo had opened this facilities like gym and swimming pool when governments said they can they choose no. I feel some time they try to save money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a resident here, I can see the recent improvements in the management that I decided to move back to this crib. Happy that Divina Tower remains well maintained I am starting to see the occupancy increase back with even many wealthy owners coming in with their Lambos and Ferraris. These wealthy owners make the entire building complex feels more "valuable" and this will allow the value to go up back. Once the MRT in front is completed, the price should increase back to RM1000/ sq ft. Salute the guards for being strict, and I think the one Nepalese supervisor Giri is a really good and helpful guy who helped me a few times when I was drunk and also when I forgot to bring my access card. Only one issue is sometimes the noise from the road is noisy because the rempits like to speed at night. Hope they install speed bumps in front to interrupt these rempits and keep the place peaceful. But other than that - Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services provided to residents, safety, location and view from all balconies are top notch. Management staff are very polite and extremely helpful always striving to provide a 5 star experience to the residents. My 5 star goes majorly for the smiles I get from them every time. A smile can definitely go a long way. It just improves your experience and day in general. Keep up the good work.
The building is a bit old and although management recently renovated a lot of the common spaces and upgraded them, pest control is necessary due to the age of the building. No matter how much you clean your house, ants, lizards, spiders and mosquitoes keep visiting. ??? At the moment, there's a major construction going on because of which it's always noisy.
So far the residential crowd is of my liking, family oriented, modest yet modern, though it's gone down a bit comparatively. No sleazy people around yet and you won't feel uncomfortable while you use the common spaces like the gorgeous infinity pool on the top floor or the vast lounging area downstairs. I just hope the property dealers working for the condo try to maintain that instead of renting out to anyone with money.
Balconies are big and even the one room sets with balconies are more spacious than most condos I have viewed so far. Private lifts for most units. Cleanliness is 5/5 on most days. Super quick assistance is available on one call from the staff. The night time guards sometimes stare at you with no purpose, something that the management might want to train them on. Respectable people don't stare at others nor do they like to be stared at.
Most units are spacious, with decent and quality furnishing, not too fancy but good quality.
