Visited twice here to enquire about the water heater that I want. Shopkeeper was friendly and accomodate my questions in a friendly manner. I scouted around in Slim River after my first visit and found out that the other shops are either closed or could not be bothered to do business. While they may not have full range of electrical goods, they tried their best to promote their products. Trust me, promoting nicely the 6 water products they have there rather than the only 1 product in the other Chinese shop in town.
Shopkeeper did offer help with installation and connecting with known contacts. Yes, of course installation charges applies, just like any other place but at least they offer help to get someone to fix it.
After sales service, the shopkeeper also call back to enquire the product sales. Really a good shop to get your electrical goods with their affordable pricing.
