β β β β β Worst, very poor room, no tv, in the room got sign no durian allowed but the management bring the stinky fruit to the lobby. Management also take advantage to increase the room price during slim by-election.?

β β β β β The restaurant below is called Kam Lork. Here they serve Hakka Oriental Chicken rice and nice delicious Vietnamese pork noodles and porridge..The propietor 's wife is Vietnamese. You can order Pure authentic Vietnamese coffee too. Open morning til evening.

β β β β β Such a bad service! Dont deserved any star at all.
Book a room through booking.com for my workers on business trip purpose due to I cant find any place available on that time.
On the night, one man call and rudely asked (shouted to me) either myself proceed with the stay. Wonder how they manage the booking system?? Clearly I sent my workers to check-in in the evening.
On the next day, received an email from booking.com stated that myself cancelled the stay with no charge?
I paid the room at MYR50 while on the booking.com stated that the price should be MYR48nett?!
I paid to the lady (i guessed the wife of the owner) upon check-in with NO receipt! (I thought they will give the receipt upon check-out??? but still NO).
Will be the first and the last for sure

β β β β β Agoda said RM48 but it is RM50. no receipt given. The cleanliness is just ok. Internet speed is really low at 1.8Kb/s, basically non existent, I had to use my own mobile data. Also, the toilet has not toilet paper or any other toiletries. So I had to bring mine. I regret not looking at the reviews first before coming because those reviews you see here are all true.

β β β β β The owner was responsive when I informed him that I'll be arriving late. The service at the reception is however, bad. I was redirected to another branch, but she didn't tell me anything until after all my belongings already brought upstairs(no lift, only stairs). Had to check in and check out at the main branch to collect deposit. Went to check out at 9.15 am, no one is at the reception, and the receptionist was still sleeping. Had to ask the cleaner to get her. Necessities given was only soap. Not even bottle water included. There's water dispenser but it's not functioning. The aircond could use some maintaining works. All in all, fair place to only sleep. But with the rate, I'd go a bit further to maybe Tanjong Malim/Sungkai area where I could get two rooms with the amount that I paid.

β β β β β First i checked in during the MCO in 2020. The owner didn't tell me that the room wasn't in the current buildings. They have so called homestay cum hotel at the other side! When i refuse to book and wanted to cancel, he said that im not a considerate person as MCO, they had struggles. About the payment, the price in booking.com is around rm270 but he lied to me about rm300. As i being considerate, i just paid it and need to drove over a place where the homestay located (in taman opposite the hotel building). After reached the homestay cum hotel, there is no electricity. I called him and got scold by him! This fella is not nice and some sort of gangster. Please do not stay at the hotel. Please boycott them.
