Had been coming over for dinner 3 weekends straight. Food tastes good. They served lean meat and ribs bak kut teh. Its clay pot chicken with sesame oil and ginger wine chicken are well prepared and savoury. By the way, this restaurant is called "SH Ba Kut Teh" and not the usual Bak kut teh.

Slightly better than average. Meat is soft but not tender. Good variety of chicken and other dishes. Good service. Try once and try somewhere else. Kidney version is good and fresh. RM 20 per pax

Consider not bad! Let me try out more bak kut teh shop in Melaka and will rerate again if necessary. But so far the food here is with good taste. Is the type of shop which "will come again" or will think of it when it's a rainy day. Cos the food are warm. Good to eat during cold day. Recommend? Can come try

Clean and spacious environment, with both air-cond and non air-cond area. Very comfortable dining experience, staffs are friendly and accommodating. Their bkt has very light herbal taste with clear soup. I personally prefer their flavourful ginger and wine chicken. Price wise, it’s reasonable.

03 July 2016 6.50pm Great taste for Teochew Style broth. The meat was very tender and fresh, in fact one of the best texture I had tried so far among the competitors in this same area. The portion of meat also more generous. Well done, keep it up. If the WASHROOM is well maintained, it will score 5*

Came here with le hubs and the boss was super friendly! I love the kidney liver stir fry, wine and ginger so fragrant. The BKT was yummy, soup not too salty and just right, but it would be nicer if it had taokee! The dry BKT is also very nice, with dried squid and it smelled very appetising. Overall these cost RM53. Recommended spot for BKT.

Good place to have bak kut teh for dinner, there are ample room between tables, foreign waiters are attentive and can understand what you want to order. Open kitchen concept means you can watch how the food is prepared if you want, and smell the fragrance during cooking time. We ordered 1 soup and 1 dried clay pots of bakuteh, and 1 small ginger kidney. Dry version BKT is quite heavy tasty, so lucky we have the soup to calm our tongues and reset them a bit. Kidney is cooked well and when you bite it is springlike crisp, you have to try to understand better.
