★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the place really looks like an expensive place. But the price is actually cheap! The food taste good. I had a lovely croissant. The environment is suitable for family. Staff is also good. You can get a discount if you are a student!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to get my mum dinner at 9.35pm as she didnt eat yet, the floor staff was settling down a bunch of people who havent ordered yet, when i asked the floor staff he said can takeaway, he said can.
I went to the counter lady, she said cannot the kitchen is closed. So how bout the people who just sat down and didnt order yet? They were holding the menus in their hands. I think the cashier lady was just lazy. Double standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were not locals so we didn't know anything about this restaurant , this is an honest review.
I went to the restaurant around 7pm, with my husband and our two babies. The moment we opened the door, the staff immediately brought us two baby chairs (very efficient and prompt). The staff even advised us what to order because we were clueless (it was our first time trying out TWS. Then my baby threw tantrum, the staff gave us two extra plastic plates to accommodate us and continuously trying to help us, so that we could eat at peace.
Of course my babies made a lot of mess and the staffs assured us that it was okay, because they understood our situation. We felt really relieved with such warm gestures from the staffs. The food was fantastic, we took the dishes that came with soup and fresh juice. I totally recommend this restaurant. Keep it up, TWS team!

While the place is nice and clean, the food is a horror.
The soup was to salty.
Chicken is frozen thus abit cold in the inside.
Mashed potato not fresh. Stay away.

Crispy Chicken Chop, crispy and tender juicy meat. However, TWS was stingy on their sauce across all their branches unless you request for it. Perhaps those sauces are very expensive ?
