unfortunately the food is getting horrible.
it started when the daughter took over the business. the texture of the rice is still hard & crunchy(poor quality), incorrect order and the new business owner didn't know how to handle wrong food order, instead she decided to being rude and defensive; poor quality(not professional). if this continue, the business is going to drop(they are anyway) especially the emergence of new competitor with good food quality and services; like Zulirah(improving a lot), Mutiara(located at hajah rehmah) and long-timers etc.
