Cozy waiting area, comfy seats, free beverage drinks, biscuits and newspaper to read if you wish to wait. Free car wash after each service. Free WiFi. Open on weekends too but remember to make your reservation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient. Kevin & the crew did a solid analysis & completed our needs in a timely manner. New shocks, absorbers & everything else in a day once parts arrived. Also reset electronic code & updated the SatNav system. Well done.

Apart from that, very attached to their friendly service salespersons who are always warm, welcoming and quite elaborate in explaining our enquiries. Keep up the good work fellas although things look a little gloomy with the pandemic. Hopefully they are able to sustain and maintain the same workforce throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor- parts slow to come in ( a month!) / best to check your work maintenance sheet ESPECIALLY if your car under warranty as any additional work required is not recorded/ i would suggest to go to other nissan service center if any maintenance outside the usual periodic maintenance/ any issue contact nissan customer care as back up.

My car was breakdown during CNY, actually spare part need arrange will take a bit long time, but my Service Advisor Ms.Lim is using they way help me arrange asap and give many good advice. Finally my car settled repair with in 3 days. Really tq and helpful staff. Cheers ? keep it up your good service.
