★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer to a number of facial centres. I specifically go to Shakura to address my pigmentation issue which doesn't seem to get better in other centres. Like all the reviews, they did the face analysis on my first visit. It was a good experience, beauty advisor was thorough and professional, explaining all the steps they did. I signed up for 40 times. Yes, i agree they hard sell and the price is high but I wanted to see if Shakura works for my pigmentation..my second visit was yesterday and i paid another ridiculously high price for the boosters (total spent RM 31k). My beauty advisor was good but the hard sell came from the specialists and someone else. Does the treatment work? Will the service level goes down after you paid the high price? Will they hard sell to push other things again (after they promised me nothing extra anymore)? I'll report back a few month later.. at this moment, I give a 4 star for Ashley, my BA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many beauty centres, but I have been with Shakura the longest (over 5 years). My skin has improved since I subscribed to the facial treatment and used their products. And I really like their service especially Gwen who is skillsful and gives good advice on skin care and treatment. Despite not able to go back to regular facial treatment since pandemic, i am grateful that my skin is still maintaining ok with Shakura products. Looking forward to be back to my regular facial treatment..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review on behalf of my sister, Sherly, who is also a customer in Shakura Mid Valley. (There's some technical errors on her handphone). Her beauty consultant, GWEN, is very professional, hands-on, pleasant, experienced and patient in rendering her service. Gwen is very detailed, gentle and always provide my sister with excellent service and treatment that suits her skin condition. On top of that, her excellent service does not just stop at the beauty centre only, but her after sales service is good as well as she would always remind my sister on the routine of her skincare. I highly recommend GWEN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was attracted to those packages offered but the services is quite bad. Extraction is important to clear those dirt before putting another skincare. This is my first time having a bad service for facial as they did not do it properly as i m not making my mind to buy some packages offered. 3 hrs was taken just to convince me to buy the package. They should serve well so they can convince customer to buy. Not just put all mask n keep talking about the package even during facial session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went for facial paid rm258 with no proper service provided..totally not happy for what i have paid and been scammed to paid twice for the treatment in a thought they would make it better but instead of that 3 hrs was taken just to convince me to buy the package. They should serve well so they can convince customer to buy. Not just put all mask n keep talking about the package even during facial session.most of the time the staff goes missing in a name of taking things in the middle of the facial wasted 30min there itself already.
