★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought kurung and kimono from shawlpublika. Both from sales team. First experience, after I made the payment, there were some long delay with the delivery and no update given and they don’t mention it is pre order or anything so I dont expect that long, when I contacted them, they totally ignore it till I finally get the parcel and thank them. Then they respond to me. The kurung is sheer and super thin guess it is saree material anyway but could improve with a better lining. Still gave it a second chance. The second time made my purchase, the sales team was friendly but I got a wrong item, and I have to send the item back and paid for the delivery when my item suppose to be free shipping. End up paying more for their mistake.
