★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attendants were not only negligent, but on the occasions I refilled at this station, they were either too busy chatting amongst themselves to actually do any work, or were playing with their mobile phones at the pumps. When confronted on their irresponsible actions, they merely smiled and kept their devices back in the pockets.
We had highlighted this to the staff inside and were adviced that they will remind their attendants to not repeat the offence.
Upon returning to the station later on, we discovered that the same attendants were still doing the exact same things. Nothing's changed and it's apparent that they don't take the safety rules seriously.

Went to refuel my kapcai, on a silent night - at the car bay - was refused to pump RON95 and forced for RON97 by the attendant. "Kalau mahu 95 pergi isi tempat motor" I am told. Initially, I am at the car bay because I want to pay with credit card, only finding the terminal is offline.
Went back to the same attendant, this time I am riding a BMW superbike and I get opposite treatment. This is sick!
