★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attendants (At cashier counter) ARE NOT HELPFUL at all.
Cannot read the bonuslink at the yellow box but payment is no issue... ask for help.. Attendants (At cashier counter) told me next time dont use bonuslink cards. This is the attitutide to talk to customer. If bonuslink card bring so much of trouble, i dont mind to changes to Petron Miles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE: they don't refund payments via tng e-wallet. Also "don't take" other e-payments even though they advertise all those different methods of payment. One or two of the attendants outside are very helpful and nice; the rest of them, unhelpful and attitude ridden. Don't know why they have empty parking lotS blocked off from those who has business inside the shop; on top of that, they shoo cars away for just the two minutes that we stop to let passengers off to go to the shop.
If you're not interested in doing business go somewhere else instead of wasting the energy and space of this neighbourhood, others who are would gladly take over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only fuel station in this neighborhood. It has 1 ATM machine and sell ice cube. Recently have food bank service for the needy during this hard times. Public toilet is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's one Very nasty foreign pump attendant,(the old man with white hairs wearing vest)(u all susahkan orang he said)rudely replied no as an answer when asked to assist in reversing the vehicles when blocked by other mobiles at front,we are paying for the diesels right? Ain't free,n furthermore a bit of help in viewing/assisting heavy tonners could evade any injuries or damage to other ppl n properties,no point he wearing the safety shinning vest if he doesn't want to assist ppl who use their service,I hope the management do something bout this nasty incident that I went through,very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice services and great little shop with ATM. However, some staff are pushy to help pump or clean your windshield to get some tips. Nobody carries cash these days which makes it complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station was having system down and have to pay through cash/ eWallet. Then i went to the counter to ask for it. As i usually pay by card ( to prevent unnecessary contact) , i asked the staff about the procedure and how much to pay for full tank. He was impatient and urged me to be faster with a really rude attitude. I felt really disappointed and helpless by that time. Shell please improve your service thank you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient location, very accessible for nearby residents and businesses. The petrol station is clean and quite big. It also has a convenience store inside. You can also access public toilets. The employees are helpful.
