★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always pump the petrol there. But recently try to use e-wallet the system is down. TWICE already. Have to go other Shell station to pump. Pls check why is it only happen at your shell station. A bit disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ place of strategy, all facilities are available, but if you can change the place of the payment counter for e wallet, there is no need to wait long for the cashier payment as there is not enough staff, when the time comes to change like the petronas system that is the application (setel) hope there will be a change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this petrol station almost EVERYDAY when i was still working in Penang . because of their services and the bakery product that they serve are all fresh . I normally get some bread for breakfast . Kuddos to the staff as i remember , Kak Aini,Maria,kak ina and the tea live crew as well. Keep it up the good services and i shall visit again once i manage to travel interstate .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strategically located along Jelutong Expressway and easily accessible to the highway. It is some 2km before the Penang Bridge, exiting to Butterworth.
There is a small convenient store, with food (basically snacks) and beverage (hot and cold drinks). An ATM teller is inside the Shell petrol outlet.
A very clean station with courteous and well mannered staff.
