โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst courier company ever I meet. The company delay & cheating on the delivery schedule and keep me waiting for 12 hours at the delivery address, nobody from this company to contact me until I go and shout on their office then only they request me to claim down. When I talk nicely in phone conversation they treat me as fool somemore ask me to be polite when deal with the officer in their office. I feel better to dismiss the business rather just keep those bad impression gave to customer

โ โ โ โ โ Threw a card notifying resident is not in without a call. Called few times yesterday and 7 times today. Still no one at the centre to answer my call requesting a resend. End up customer had to personally drive all the way to pick up. Wonder why your business is not growing now??

โ โ โ โ โ This company is an absolute disgrace!
Any online seller that uses Nationwide Express to deliver their products is just buying the cheapest service that they can find.
My advice is to avoid any online seller that uses this delivery service. You will end up in a frustrating battle to have your product delivered. In fact, there's a good chance that your purchase may never arrive.
This company should be forced to close by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.

โ โ โ โ โ Is beyond words that I can describe how bad and irresponsible the service provided by this company. The consignment given to them on 10/7/18 and is still not sent on 24/8/18 and no attempt by the company to contact the sender or recipient. Courier company services are very important in the service industry and is really horrible to experience this kind of service given by this company.

โ โ โ โ โ I received a "Missed U!" card. It stated that if Nationwide didn't hear from me after 3 days, they will automatically send the parcel back to the sender. But hello!!! No one pick up my phone call! How are you going to hear form me if you don't pick up my call? If no one pick up my call by today, I'm going to cancel my order and request a refund from 11 street.

โ โ โ โ โ My Parcel is already in hub since Jun 13, 2018. Till yesterday Jun 25, 2018 the I received a called from Nationwide Express and told me that they do not know how to get to my address and ask me go to their service center and take from them. As a Courier Services can simply call customer and never try to figure out the address I feel this is ridiculous. Furthermore the address is my working place address("Can be Google") is not a ruler area. We shopping online because It's much more easier and can find what I like and have it delivered to my front door and also we paid for the shipping fees in this case. So this kind of service they provided really upset and pissed me off!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I read some of the reviews and got really worried !! A package addressed to my office was undeliverable because it was closed due to the PKP. I called Nationwide and they picked up after two rings :) I explained the situation to the staff and asked her to redirect the package to my house address. That was a Friday late afternoon (9 Jul 2021). She said it will be done on the following Monday and sure enough, the package was delivered to me Monday morning. Thank you Nationwide Penang !! ????

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to bring attention to the management about the attitude of the delivery staff in my area, Jalan Gottlieb, 10350 Penang. The delivery staff is very rude and I do not allow him to come in to my office after I saw him using his saliva to flip the delivery note. Every company has to follow the SOP set by government and our company also need to follow. He wants to come in to my office but do not want to scan My Sejahtera. He has been delivered document to my office many times, he showed his temper to me today and I told him that I would complain to your management, he replied me that go and complain. There are a lot of people had bad impression about the service from Nationwide. Hopefully the management will look into this matter seriously.
