β β β β β Poor service! Why your cashier (Malay Uncle) sounds so aggressive? Am planning to use e-wallet to pay the petrol fee, but the way he explained was so rude and lack of patience! Dear Manager, please guide your cashier to be more respect and patience when explaining something to customer. I will not go to your Shell station (setia alam) anymore! Poor attitude towards customer!

β β β β β This petrol station has many staff, including many foreign workers, Staff does not practise social distancing. Once you alight from your car to fill in petrol, they tend to come to you and promote products in very close range with negligence. Worst still, staff promotes drinks in plastic bags that have been carried for long while approaching many customers, which is a perfect recipe for the spread of Covid19. please respect social distancing and your customer's food hygiene.

β β β β β Need to improve air pump station sign. Put up clear sign show those people it is not a car park space. Draw red colored line and word on floor indicate it is lot for air pump.
I just encounter this problem an hour ago there are 2 cars parked there with driver inside blocked one of air pump for at least 15 minutes or more without any intention of using the air pump.

Traffic flow not very smooth. But their workers do their best to coordinate.
Try to avoid going during peak times.

β β β β β Dear owner, can please instruct your staff to inform customer off the engine before refill the petrol? I also saw some of people play mobile as well, you are responsible to remind and inform customer to do so, if anything happened to anyone of us, are you the one take full responsibility for the victim?
