On 9 Oct 2019, I went to this Shell Station along Jln Wong Ah Fook, JB to pump petrol. My tank was only half full which I expect the cost to be anything between RM40-60.00. To my surprise!!!, it costs me RM120.00!!! I questioned the cashier but he just shrugged off! I know my car of 6 years very well and I am extremely sure that the pump is modified to cheat customers. I told my family and friends NEVER to go to this station!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese cashier lady was a bit rude when she approached me asking to scan my temperature twice, as I already scanned. Clearly she needs to learn how to properly approach people when she works at the cashier. Bad service

Told me pump closed asked me to use motor bay ones. Moved over, check there is 97 and about to stop, staff come over again and ask me move to another side of the motor bay.
Guess what. That pump only have 95 and V power racing. No choice pump v power racing make him happy lor.
Or maybe he was just nice. Wanted to let me pump 95 discreetly. BOLEH!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful which pump you choose. The RACING petrol is about RM 1 more than the RON97. If your car do not need the high octane you can save some dollars for your shopping. If your tank can take 50 liters then you save abt RM50. The RACING petrol pumps are on the last row near to the cashier counter.
