★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is polite and friendly however i was quite disappointed on the sky bridge. I was initially expecting a bridge but it was more like a balcony. The distance i would estimate maybe around 5m of walking distance which i think it is rather short? The mini theatre was also showing a promotional video of JB tourism board i felt it would be better if it was some other unique content.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thankfully we bought the tickets via klook, the queue was faster than queuing on the spot. We enjoyed the observation deck and glass bridge view (not for the fainted heart). We also tried the virtual ski-ing game provided. Sadly the LED attraction was under maintenance. Overall a good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is JB very own tower place. Could be an answer to KL tower or Komtar Penang. LOL.
Ticket is relatively cheap for a local, just RM28. There are visit schedule to enter as the glass platform limit the number of visitors. So I guess, ticket purchase in advance will be helpful to avoid long queue and waiting for your schedule to come.
What you will get is walking at open air glass platform at 34th floor for just 15 minutes which you probably can't even wanted to walk over it if you are afraid of height. But it's a really good experience that you could try.
Other than that you can try VR games, purchase something at gift shop and enjoy the view of JB from above without feeling scary indoor.
That it for a RM28.
