β β β β β terrible experience here, bought a large sweet potato fries but ended up with less than a small size sweet potato fries. Confronted the cashiercashier with calm attitude, but got rude services insteadinstead and said that is our large portion which from my years of eating shih lin fries it is not . i not mad by the scam in size, im mad at the customer services the cashier provide in explaining amd the attitude towards us. honestly terrible .

β β β β β The worst service ever! The staff whom served me was rude and horrible. I asked him to help me to cut the XXL chicken I ordered and he help to cut it into half. Then I asked him to help me to cut smaller for my convenience sake. He said that his salary of rm2k will be cut if he did so. I was shocked with his answer. I kept quiet since I didn't want to invite any argument.. then while waiting for my meal to be given to me. The staff whom nametag labelled as "leader" just put the drink, mee sua, potatoes, xxl chicken on the table without a tray. And expect me to carry all the items alone without a tray. I asked for tray and he ask me to go and borrow from the next shop. I was completely shocked and reluctant yet I still walked over and borrowed the tray because I had no other choice (thank goodness the shop next door) had better attitude and gave me a tray. After I got the food I arranged the food on my tray and left without saying a word. I definitely do not recommend this at all! Lousy service, Lousy attitude. I don't know how do you guys train such staff to represent your company. Regret ordering this meal. I am glad I controlled myself hard enuf and not waste a single breath on a person like that. SHINLIN TAIWAN STREET SNACKS IPC ???????????

β β β β β Small prices instead of usual long size. Do you think that this pack has 22 pieces of potatoes? Small size and it is not worth of RM7.90 for L size of sweet plum Potato.
Please ignore this shop.

β β β β β Was in a hurry and stopped by this shop . The guy managing the cashier was busy checking his phone. Food was just so so . The table was not cleaned properly. Still had bits and pieces of chicken crumbs β¦
