The over built situation is every where.
Anchor tenants too cannot sustain the fixed costs and got to close.
The car park is commendable, good.
Remember there are two fronts one for residence and another for business. Need to be clearly identified and labelled as such.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! I really like living here, it’s quiet but so convenient. Huge and beautiful pool, with 2 tennis courts, a gym, sauna, and, the mall is just downstairs. Mall is not big, but a good size with almost everything you need to get. I’ll never go hungry or bored. And great security and so safe. So convenient to go everywhere too with LDP, NKVE and Sprint. Walkable to train station, always have uber. And parking is also ample. Lovely and polite neighbours. Oh, did I mention the cute post office? What a perfect place to live.
