β β β β β Full operated by foreign workers (Bangla/Nepal). Sometimes the chicken is not fresh and has a weird smell and after taste where it's near the bone. Worker does not follow order number sometimes and will get messed up when there is too many order.

β β β β β Itβs about time that your outlet learn about e-payment system. Not mentioning that we are going thru a bad spell of COVID-19 pandemic in the country. Hygiene is at all time high for food store at the moment. Shocked to see an international franchise like yours still demand CASH payment.

β β β β β Shop wrote closes and 10pm, we went there yesterday at 9pm they told us they are close. Ok fine. The next day, which is today, we went at 750pm and now they told me happy rice box left one. What nonsense for a shop to tell the customer there is no rice box available at this dinner hour! The staff made me feel like" I'm gonna leave work early, come early next time!"

β β β β β Bad food, worse service. Zero e-payment system. Served me a piece of piping hot chicken in a flimsy paper bag and expected me to pay 20cents for a proper carrier. Do you think you are a stall in pasar malam? No wonder your business in Malaysia is so bad. Good bye and never see you again.
