The service of this Shilin employee is really bad, and the hygiene aspect is negligible, especially the four-eyed girl who plays games and chats during working hours, and the face when ordering food is darker than your stool. Why I didn’t pay. Money for you? If you don't want to mix with you, get out. Don't lose Shilin's face, your grandma! If I can give you 0 stars, I will give it to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered fried chicken chop and sweet potato. The foods quality were acceptable. However, it bothered me a lot with the lack of cautious service deamenor from both the cashier and service personnel. First I was greeted by a grumpy face cashier who didn't care for more of the customer. Secondly, my request to cut the fried chicken was being rejected.
I hope the management of Shilin can take extra heed on the service level in order to uphold the friendliness of the business.
