★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even want to give 1 star. But yeah just for the purpose of commenting. U can wash your car here or polish your car but NEVER EVER become a member here. Sent my car to selayang mall branch and the supervisor is just interested in making more money. When you don't pay extra they will not entertain you.. he actually pulled a long face when i said i didn't want the window polishing. Never bothered to request my car keys he just continued polishing other car. Never called me when my car is ready for collection. When i arrive he is sleeping. He woke up just to check the receipt never even look or smile at me then continued sleeping right infront of me. His foreign workers were even more polite. He declined my friend for polishing because of full.house. but when i arrive he is sleeping and his workers on the sofa playing phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad car wash services. They keep on telling me to take expensive package but I refused. They also charged my sedan RM16 for wash+vacuum, which i think quite pricey compare to other places. I am NOT SATISFIED by their services because i found a little scratch after the wash.Even after few minutes of wash, I found a lot of stain on my car windscreen and side mirror, and i found other stain on car body as well. They didn't properly dry the car resulting the car, become dirtier. I won't go again after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't start washing my car before I came back in 1 hour as promised and lie to me..even with no apology. No professional quality of cleaning at all. hope that Giant have other business would replace this company soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not receive my membership since May 2019. Fully paid package of 3 yrs. How horrible is that. And i cant do any cleaning cause no membercard. Bosses also never reply.. guess it workers are bad because it runs down the line. The bosses has poor customer service too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I saw my car I thought they have not wash it. Yes it was that bad!! If there is negative star I would have given that.
I asked about these white spots... Answer given actually these can't be cleaned must be polished.... So I took a wet cloth and wipe it away...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person (old uncle) took care of Kota Damansara Giant outlet was very rude. I want to use up the coupon (orange colour coupon) for my car polishing which the coupon clearly stated external & internal polishing & cleaning are inclusive but the old uncle insisted I must pay extra for cushion cleaning treatment which will cost me RM55. He refused to entertain me when I said I don't want extra treatment & he refused to take my car for polishing even if I have the membership card. Shine Shine should not be placing a person like him to take care of the outlet, he give no service at all. I don't even want to give 1 star if I can choose a negative rating. I'll never want to visit this place anymore.

When I ask the worker to wipe off some white dots on the car, the boss came to me rudely and say "I see also I know it's your car paint drop off. You see properly." He used his lansi face tell me.
At the end, while the worker was checking the car with me, the boss shout to the worker, "Cukup! Cukup! Cukup!" as if he just wants me to leave after taking my money.
