1. After a long queue, the least you expect would be a smile from the staff. Can hardly see smiles from any of the staff here.
2. Its already 1.48pm. After half an hour, my food is not yet served. Ordered Ayam Penyet, nothing complicated. Even the Teh Botol served after 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best sambal ayam in kota damansara but their handwash was so watery. I use hand when eating their ayam penyet to maximize the eating experience, end up my hand smells belacan even use their handwash. Minus one star for that

Luckily looks like only restaurant manager is knowledgeable in customer services and the rest of staffs looks new and too dependent their manager. In terms of price it is quite expensive but promotions offered like 'Ramadhan Promo' are rather interesting and worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been patronising this place since 2015 and sad to say this place is getting from bad to worse. They no longer serve individual lunch set and it's expensive. Apart from that, they served the drink and rice before the ayam penyet is ready. Waited 15 mins with only plain white rice and drink. When i asked where is the chic, the waitress looked blur. 20 mins to wait for the chic is rather ridiculous!! Not worth visiting anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is super dirty, wet floor, ice cold aircon, only a few items available on the menu, a puddle of water in front of the sink, expensive for what you get, the food comes without cutlery, then you need to get up and search where u can get cutlery from so you can actually eat. Food taste wasn't too bad but the ambience was so horrible, that we will certainly never be back.

And the same thing happened again...short of soup...have to wait an extra time as they started to prepare it back. Last time it was short of rice...well maybe they want to prepare it in fresh way....maybe....maybe...anyway so so laa..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good. Order through grab during lunch hour took an hour although distance less than 1km. Preparation time should be improve. Other time when i visited for dine in, they should improve their cleanliness. Many used plate not taken instantly after customers left. Splash of water on floor not clean.
