★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only I can give negative review! Very bad customer service! I'm not a member there but I went there a few times until recently I was told there have a few cars to wash it's going to take a long time so I agreed to it but the staff said I can only purchase package no normal wash and vacuum then he said Friday, Saturday and Sunday only for members. I didn't understand because last time I went Friday non member can wash so I wanted to confirm if I hear him right and he throw his attitude at me what is your number? It's been a while since the last I went there i didn't know what he meant so I asked what is this for? He got mad and said you don't want to wash just go never mind!!! This is the second time their staff show attitudes as if they don't need our business! Will never go back again!
