β β β β β The restaurant is nice, friendly staff and cozy, but the foos is another story. The tomato soup is very similar to bolognese sauce but bolognese sauce in department store taste so much better than this soup! The main course is edible but the taste is not bad but I think food in regular restaurant or cafe taste better.
Only the dessert is delicious, without it I donβt know what to say haha.

β β β β β Quite disappointing experience. Food are average only, the oats cup is not fresh, nuts inside the oats mix has bad oil taste, must be kept for too long. Omelette is good though.
Don't have the 5 star Hotel standard. Need lots of improvement.

β β β β β Sad to say good venue but service needed attention. 4 tables with more than 20 staffs but the services are not up to par. Food is a complimentary from the hotel, quality not up to expectation. Hope to see changes soon. F&B manager need to do something to kick start it. Cheers!

β β β β β Went for dinner on a Saturday night, restaurant was quite empty at 830pm. Walked in with no issues without a reservation.
Wait staff was polite. Ordered around 845 - my friend ordered a steak and I ordered the unagi don. Food came super late, almost 45 mins later the steak arrived - unfortunately it was cooked as well done instead of medium well. Asked to check on the status of my order and was told it would be done in 5 minutes. We sent back the steak and they made a new one which was medium well. This arrived before my order, and the waiter had to check on it again.
The food was decent although service was very slow. I would suggest the hotel look into their staffing and flow of restaurant management.

β β β β β Went here for the berbuka puasa buffet. Overall 4/5. Well worth the money and itβs not overly expensive. About RM140 per pax nett.
In terms of food selection: thereβs malay nasi campur, chinese food, a bit of sushi, pizza, generous selection of dessert. They have cendol, bubur durian, pengat pisang and bubur hitam. Special mention to the tomyum and daging soup: they were ladden with beef and prawns.
The only downside is the food is slightly cold. Would have been better if the food is hot.

β β β β β The breakfast buffet variety of choices rather limited for a 5 star hotel. Not worth paying for nasi lemak w fish, fried noodles, vegetarian fried noodles, chicken sausage, lasagne, French toast bakery n cakes. Juices, yoghurts and oats n muesli. Very limited choices compared with ritz carlton
