Expectations are sometimes meant to be unfulfilled. The mood was spoilt when food was delivered wrongly multiple times. The oxtail was half oil and half soup and tougher than the soles of my shoes. The main course came at the same time as the starter. Disappointing. The staff should have been better trained. The chef should have been more deligent of the quality leaving the kitchen. Sad. But its not for the lack of trying, they just reopened fully after the locked down. Staffs are all new. Room for improvement.

They serve one of the best vadai in the hotel buffet. Taste is authentic and the coconut chutney is tasty.

Frustrating. Went for a gathering with friend for Ramadhan break fast. Food was poorly labelled. Cold Beef soup, roti john is like egg sandwich, pasta so runny and not at par at all, bubur hitam taste like kacang+air gula. Good thing is they have sardin bawang that really taste like sardin!! ❀️

Huge restaurant with plenty of choices. Buffet, ala carte n high tea. It’s located inside Westin hotel along the busy famous Jalan Bukit Bintang. Food are tasty and services also good.

An ordinary hotel restaurant but I would recommend the teatime here as they serve more savoury to cater Malaysian palate. Unlike those expensive premium high-tea serving so much of desserts. The restaurant is near to the lobby enabling photo-taking and a walk to Pavilion just across the street.

We had our buffet dinner tonight. Just an average dining experience. In the beginning the mussels was nice, later in to the night as they replenish the mussels, it taste like it was just thawed. At least the local favourites like Satay w Table setting is like in a canteen and not a 5 star hotel, I guess we are still in the C-19 pendamic. If that is so, they do not provide any hand sanitisers anywhere after we touch the common utensils.

The place quite good. Service quite good. So many event yesterday so packed. Lot of delicious food and drink but sad choices not that much for a hotel buffet. If have more choices for sure will give 5 stars. But good choices for gatherings like me and my friends for Christmas party. Ice cream so nice for sure i love the mint and blueberry hahaha if have chance will visit again hope they can improve the varieties of the food
