★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible, just terrible. parcel is stuck at shah alam for nearly a week, and not even a single update from them. i suggest that you give us the rights to choose between different couriers back.
EDIT: great, after 9 days of waiting they just updated that my parcel has been lost and a refund has been issued. gj guys, really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So slow. I ordered sim card for my online classes. Seller shipped out my item at 14 June (which is late bcs the seller should've shipped it out at 11th or 12th) and parcel got stuck in pickup for 3 days. I need to use it urgent, and the courier is too slow. PLEASE improve your service. I've been waiting too long. Even my parcel from China has arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel stuck for almost a week in Shah Alam. No attempt made to deliver my item. Already bringing up this matter to shopee, but they unable to give any explanation or estimation about the exact delivery time. Really disappointed with shopee express!

I shopping at shopee because I want that things but it turn like this. Very very very bad delivery. U guys take too long time to delivery customers order/parcel. Please be responsible worker. Please do something and please do ur work faster... Erghh I'm very disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already been 10 days and still holding my parcel. When request refund thru app, they say still in active movement and ask me to file report another 10days. If Klang to Shah Alam took this long, better close down this sho(pee) hub

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i suggest shoppee xpress just close their courier service. very terrible service. no update of parcel since 30/3/22. when ask refund from seller, seller refused to refund since they already shipped my parcel since 29/3/22.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should send to North, but misrouted to Johor, so Johor branch had to send back to this sorting centre. But it has been stuck from 6th of April and today is already 9th of April.
After reading the review, it seems to be normal to waited for a week or so, but counting from the day Shopee express had the items, it is almost 2 weeks but never had it detected
