Dah 2 barang shopee sy beli, kalau penghantaran shopee je mesti kata tak jumpa alamat, padahal kalau guna J&T & Poslaju sampai ja, jumpa ja alamat. Kalau tak jumpa tu tolong la call no yg dah detail dekat situ, jangan la peram barang lama², please bagi kerjasama. TQ
Shopee Muadzam, is there a problem to find the address of the Rompin ferry slate? I already bought 2 shopee items, if the shopee delivery must say I can't find the address, whereas if I use J&T & Poslaju until yes, find the address. If you can't find it, please call the number with the details near there, don't buy old stuff, please cooperate. TQ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopee Express Muadzam boleh tak kalau nak hantar barang, atau tak jumpa owner at least mesej, call ke satu kali.
Ni diam seribu bahasa, tengok2 failed delivery, Bila tunggu tak ada pun.
Shopee Express Muadzam can, if you want to send the goods, or can't find the owner at least a message, call once.
Ni silent thousand languages, tengok2 failed delivery, If you wait there is nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service kurang sangat2 saya chat abang delivery barang dan abang yang hantar barang sikit pun tak respon ataupun call ke untum beritahu barang out of delivery , saya mintak hold 2 hari je tak sampai 3 hari , saya chat untuk tahu kalau2 barang tu out of delivery ke tak , sebab senang nak standby duit , buatnya duit saya kat dalam bank then bank saya buat hal? please la , sumpah cakap abang delivery bernama Ahmad Akmal , saya sumpah tak suka dengan customer service engkau ! even saya budak tapi please beware or bagitahu lepasni ! chat satu pun tak reply ye faham tak bole nak on phone sgt masa nak hntr brg , tapi atleast bgtau saya sekejap , saya bole standby and wht happen today takkan jadi dsbbkan service tak elok awak!
customer service is very low, I chatted with the delivery brother of the goods and the brother who sent the goods did not respond or call to tell the goods were out of delivery, I asked to hold for 2 days, not up to 3 days, I chatted to find out if the goods were out of delivery. No, because it's easy to standby money, make my money in the bank then my bank does something? Please, I swear I told the delivery brother named Ahmad Akmal, I swear I don't like your customer service! even I'm a slave but please beware or let me go! No chat, no reply, I understand, I can't be on the phone for a long time, I want to send it, but at least I told you for a moment, I can standby and wht happens today, it won't be so because the service isn't good for you!
