★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lama sangat dia peram barang.. Seller post dah laju dah.. Mlm ni order, esok dah gi post.. Smpai kt courier, 2/3 hari x smpai² lagi.. Dah keluar delivery, tunggu smpai ke mlm x smpai lagi.. Positif maybe x smpat.. Tunggu pulak esok nya, langsung x kluar delivery.. Da la beli makanan kan.. Risau smpai² da tak boleh nk makan.. Nak salah kan sape? Nak minta ganti rugi kat sape?

Delivery is out, wait until noon x until again .. Positive maybe x smpat .. Wait for the next day, immediately x out delivery .. Da la buy food right .. Worried smpai² da can not nk eat .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier paling menyusahkan org. 4 kali delivery attempt, tapi semua fail. Budak delivery pun xde call, tahu2 fail kn je. Agak sikit lah weh. Dh lah nak standby org kat rumah, nk delivery ikut suke hati ko je. Call dia punya careline pun xguna. Minta no pun xdpt. Siap cakap xde dlm rekod diorg pun no tel nya. Bila aku request nk pick up sendiri je barang tu, xboleh pulak. Macam2 procedure nk buat. kalau dtg ikut location dia ni pun, korg xkan jumpa mana tempatnya. Pusing sana sini pun memang xde benefit kat customer. No tel yg dia bagi tu tipu, alamat pun tipu. Ingat ea, ko susahkn kerja orang, tuhan susah kn balik kerja ko.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should not get any star rating. The rider or driver simply lied about delivery attempt. They didn't even make any delivery attempt but they simply put remarks "office closed" or "delivery attempt unsuccessful". Plus they didn't even bother to call the customer/recipient beforehand. Very horrible courier service by Shopee Express Muar Hub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure is this location correct, I m only knew that the Delivery by Shopee Express in area Muar is too bad and noob. The rider can simply provide with a reason like *office closed* or *recipient not around* to remark your order as "unsuccessful delivery" whereas the rider has never attempt the delivery. Please improve, learn from DHL ,ninja van, or JnT.
