★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always wanted a bag from Sometime ever since the Neelofa range came out the first time. But it's constantly sold out. When the cat range came out, i knew i had to have it. They're considered my gift to self. Others get duck from fashion valet, but i feel like Sometime by Asian Designers has some class to the design, and quality wise it's better and nicer to look at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a loyal buyer and usually i went to pick up at the old ofc, before any retail outlets are opened. Or i will buy online. Was super satisfied with the service and sales. However, my experience today at Gardens outlet was such a dissapointment. Its the First time ...Nobody came to attend despite the outlet was empty. And when i wanted to buy a product, no active effort to get the item i wanted despite that outlet has no stock of the colour. Soooooo NOT you. Ni merely said... sorry we don't have that colour even after we asked outlet lain ada tak? Customer service is POOR and arrogant.

Even though it was a local designer brand but I would not expected their customer service was such a high standard comparing the high end brand. I could tell that these sales person is really using their experience from maybe previous retail experience and took it to another level. Product wise is just basic as you can get from another store but for the experience in store, this are so far the best I have ever had in such a long time.
