★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can put no star definitely I will put no star, i sent my new AIO PC for just ram upgrade but end up causing my PC screen crack and the screen with black dot and the casing with dent. Really damn S**T service. If you would send your things here better think twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star for the Experience. They seem nice to treat customer but they dont really do their job seriously. First i went to fix my Hing, i spent plenty of money on it .Okey they done it quite quick so im happy, but when i received my laptop, the keyboard CANNOT FUNCTION. Then i went there to fix it again, they didnt sambung the keyboard component nicely, just leave it like that. After tht i go home again. When i try listening music while doing assignment. I found that my laptop cannot dont have any SOUND!! As a student who dont have transportation, I have to use GRAB to go their shop so many time .Im so disappointed.
WAY TO SOLVE:
1. GO TO OTHER PLACE TO REPAIR YOUR LAPTOP
2. DONT BUY LENOVO IN CYBERJAYA

We bought a Lenovo laptop which had a malfunction monitor after 3 months of usage. We decided to send in to Siber Callysta to claim under warranty.
We have checked and signed at the reception for the appearance of the laptop, which is very good (no scratches, except a dirt spot at the back)
The service was fast, we manage to get the laptop by the week after. However when we received the laptop, the appearance of the laptop was unsatisfying. The laptop was cover with dust and minor scratches, which is very disappointing.
We complaint to the reception, they took in to the service room, wipe the laptop and pass back to us....THATS ALL!!!!
Eventually the appearance of a laptop will worn out over time... but we are not expecting it from an authorized service provider...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys there seemed genuinely nice, but they seemed either not interested or incapable of fixing my laptop. They seemed to make the problem more complicated than it was. For one part, they even told me they have to open the laptop to take a stuck screw out, but I ended up taking it out with a pin in front of the guy.
Then the guy suggested for me to leave the laptop with them over night, and to sign an agreement that if any damage happen to the laptop, they will not be responsible!!!! I just ended up thanking the guy and leaving.
I would suggest a place more serious if you want to fix your laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give more star but they only give me 5 stars. The service there is Professional. I sent my laptop to repair the board and it fix quickly within a month. Didn't expect to fix it quickly because of the water damage. The service also good. The workers there so friendly and so recommend. For all that want their laptop fix quickly you need to think first what your problem. Do not think that the technician can fix it quickly. I'm also technician but need major repair so that's why we need to patient and don't presure the technician, justy wait to be done. Thank you. You can also compare the price from others shop. The price quite affordable.
