★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good thing about this place is calm, and less crowded, and not very far from commercial area such as Lotus's Hypermarket, although some felt it is slightly remote. Finding a parking may not be easy especially peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location for opening offices there's a lot of cool businesses that have their office there and it's surrounded by restaurants and shops so if you want to do some shopping after work or just hang out at mamak it's really convenient.
The building is well maintained and in a satisfactory condition. Professional business environment isolated from city traffic and noise.
