★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New condo at this area but neighbour is differences level of apartments serounding. Actually this condo have privacy n quiet too. View is nice either to hill Bukit Jambul side or view to Sg Ara/Relau side coz can seeing new city residences area growing up. This area become new urban. Good for living.

First and foremost, I'd want to state that the condo environment's atmosphere is quite fulfilling and cosy. But there's something I'd like to tell you about a system in the condo that's quite inconvenient for the inhabitants; I understand the system was designed for the condo residents' protection, but it's still not appropriate to use. Sierra East management should not treat room occupants like GARBAGE, which I highlight since it is immoral and nasty. Anyone who rents this condo and registers his name as a resident is a resident who is responsible for all rental and maintenance costs. I emphasise that we, as tenants, pay a lot of money, so the management should treat us equally to other tenants. To stay the same, rent a house to rent a room. Not only that, but the administration and guards here treat us like non-landlords, scolding us in front of the public. The management has altered the dicondo system so that anyone without an aces card is not permitted to join, even if their name is on the list, therefore I told my host to make another aces card because the management is quite strict. The host then said that he had emailed management to request that two more aces cards be made because there were only two of us and there were no aces cards because when we first arrived, the host only gave us four aces cards, indicating one room and one aces card. I'm quite dissatisfied with the management's system since they told my landlord that the maximum number of aces you may make is only 5, and

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is not friendly. Security is worst. No helpfull and guidance. Management and security just come and scold at you. This is bad habit here. Please change management with little soft spoken. This place too many indonesian people. Bad place to stay and got many low cost flat surrounding. This place is noisy with bus and lorry.
