★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say the quality of the peranakan food here is one of the best my family has tasted so far. Come here only if you are willing to wait for the food to be served. The quality of the food is justifiable for the slightly higher price tag though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and tasty food. Just the pricing is a bit pricy and the portion is not big as well. Regular portion only feed about 1 to 2 person, big portion only can feed 3 pax. Good location and easy to find this shop. Good hospitality and avoid going during lunch hours as its super crowded. Careful on the step and this shop has many step inside de shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful meal that tastes like home. The staffs were very attentive and very quick to respond even though we made some mistakes in ordering. The blue butterfly pea rice is very delicious. Will come here again if we are in Malacca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here based on the reviews we found on Google map. Our expectation was raised cos they were so busy that we had to wait one hour for a place (we did not make any reservation. So we just took a nice evening stroll in the jonker street area).
During peak hours like lunch or weekend, car park can be a huge problem..maybe it is advisable to park further and walked here.
The decor of the restaurant on the photo looks stunning. But once you walked past the entrance and main hall you might be in for a disappointment. They might have an upstairs seating area but I did not manage to see it. The area we sat. Looks messy and did not add to the ambience of the food.
We ordered quite a few dishes. But unfortunately I think the taste is only so so. Certainly does not reflect their price tag.
Maybe they were busy but still with all effort they put into the decor, one would expect the same effort to be put into the food.
If you never had Melaka Nyonnya food before, I am not sure if this is a good place to start. I feel it does not do the food justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very easy to find. Right beside the Jonker main Street. Just the parking will be a bit of problem as it is always no parking around there. So you might park further away and walk to the restaurant.
The food taste are great. It was the first time I tried Nyonya food, frankly speaking. Not bad at all. I love the flavour. Not too spicy too. Everything just nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem in the historical town. The restaurant is very spacious with unique decoration which symbolises the nyonya tradition. The dishes are finger licking good. The owner is very friendly and the staff is very polite. A well dining experience and definitely worth another visit in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The foods are very delicious & the pricing is fair. The restaurant comprises a private room which allows family gathering and other business functions. Definitely worth the effort to uncover this dining spot around the tourist spot (jonker street) to end the day with a pleasant dinner. A must visit place for anyone who wishes to try local delicacies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food so so only. Not worth with this kind of price. I can get a better peranakan restaurant shop at kl with a better taste. When we told the fish has a bad smell, the lady (not sure is it the boss or not) replied no ah, no smelly taste. We are speechless?
Although the ambiance is good but the food taste is so so only.
