★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly even after taking appointment still i was kept waiting for hour, secondly dey will keep on telling you that this will suite your hair , it will give extra smoothness etc just pay extra 100 rm above groupon.groupon voucher people have less priority ,there walkin people or regular people have more priority, they will attend dem first and den you, staff is insufficient , one lady will handle 2 to 3 clients at a time.,and ya it happened in front of me many times phone is ringing but staff is least bothered to pick it up and do chit chatting..only one thing my rebounding was good enough...but still wont suggest anyone to go to salon...

Recently I spent hundreds $ for hair rebonding (shoulder length) and it done less than 1-3/4 hours. Isn't it amazing??? Hair stylish, Angel told me is the new techniques they learned from Korea well known hair stylish. Hooweever, my hair turned out to be nuts. Never thought that my hair can be like Africans :0 (

Firstly, I bought a groupon voucher and one had to make a booking almost 2 weeks in advance for a weekend, but nevermind that I thought - the place must be good and teeming with customers. When I arrived, I was told that I had to pay the RM 30 surcharge (if one's hair was so long it exceeds bra level), but mine didn't and she insisted as my hair was thick(?) although my groupon offer clearly states its fine print. Nvm I thought. There were 3 customers and only 1 hairdresser! 2 assistants that were doing absolutely nothing to help. And from the washing, to applying chemicals, to the perming and cutting...everything was done in a haste. The most terrible part was the end result...nvm that you can sometimes dislike what they give you as as the outcome does not meet your expectation, but this - she gave me exactly what I hated and when I requesed that she rectify the damage, she insisted for an additional charge. Terrible. And to top it off, in a hurry to entertain other customers, she decided she would not finish blowdrying / styling my hair as one should to finish off the process. Reason given, "its soooo hot outside, you don't want your hair to dry out". Terrible. Never go there. You can do a better job cutting your own hair through a mirror.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! This is the worst hair salon ever, bad service and bad attitude. They actually damaged my hair from a chemical service and still requested me to pay for the treatment which claim could protect my hair from damaging before the chemical service. The treatment didn't not serve the purpose, instead my hair still got the burning effect after that. They quickly rebond my hair back, and my hair is cut from long to short length just to get rid of the damaged hair. In the end they still requested me to pay the treatment (which claim could protect my hair) on top of the cutting and chemical service, totally unreasonable and unacceptable! A professional stylist should analysis their customer hair properly before doing any chemical service. Lack of staff too!
