★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninjavan contacted me and place my parcel at safe place.. went to collect but checked its not mine! Contacted the driver driver ask to contact seller.. its raya and non of the 2 contactable parties can be reached!
I contacted the owner of the parcel and its his.. WHERE IS MY PARCEL?!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Saw a promo and thought hey that's nice.
- Spent > RM100 as required.
- Checked everything was in order INCLUDING THE FREE GIFT in the checkout basket.
- Parcel arrived, NO FREE GIFT.
Signature Market is shortcutting and manipulating business revenue at the expense of their customers. They put a non-existence 'carrot' to get customers to spend a certain high amount and left them with empty promises & feeling cheated. Such as in my case, the item promised was a complimentary gift if you spent a certain amount. It was never given/ arrived/ replaced or apologised for not sending the item as promised.
God knows how else they manipulate you behind your back. So much so they think it is alright to do it for all plain to see by their customers.
Btw, Im not the only one who they have cheated, others have had similar issues. Please beware of this DISHONEST business! The last for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so disappointed & frustrated by their customer service & whole system! I've placed my order for cny gift sets since 10 Jan, finally got my parcel on 22 Jan. I've purchased 2 CNY gift sets
1. Auspicious Beginnings CNY Gift Box
2. Blessed Longetivity CNY Gift Box
But what shocked me was the WHOLE Blessed Longetivity CNY Gift Box is MISSING! Whole box worth RM388!! And I only got ONE box of Premium Scallop inside the Auspicious CNY gift set instead of TWO boxes. But inside the receipt order stated and ticked for 2 CNY boxes. I've tried to contact Customer service team for the past 2 days till now, nobody answer the call. Not even a single reply for my email, enquiries or live chat. So how shall I even track my gift box or claim back my CNY gift box/ money??? How can such a well known company like this giving such bad services. Its supposed to be a cny set for family and relatives. How ridiculous is this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable customer service. Ordered 40 CNY gift boxes and opted to self collect as their delivery fee was RM10/box. Upon arrival, the team refused to provide me with a carrier bag/box to easier manage the 40 gift boxes because it is, to quote verbatim ‘cost to them’.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updates Nov 2021: I had some good impression Earlier this year, so I thought of purchasing the Christmas set as gift. When I reached out to its Customer Service asking if they could arrange for it to be delivered so that I can receive it on certain date. The answer that I received is “cannot because delivery takes 4-6 days so they cannot confirm because they need to roast their nuts fresh, bla bla bla”. I then asked if I can pick up from their office (as I don’t mind, really), the answer is “cannot because it’s company’s policy”. The end message that I get out of my conversation with the CS team is “CANNOT”.
I think I cannot continue my support for Signature Market. Thank you.
FEB 2021:
I received this box as CNY gift courtesy of my corporate network. So far I have tried the Real Veggie Chips and Dark Choco Chip Butter Cookies, and so far both are good snacks. The Real Veggie Chips was really good, it’s a mixture of pumpkin, carrot, potato (cut into fries shape), sweet potato, red radish, long bean, and taro lotus root. However, I can taste a bit of sweetness (from sugar) in the veggie chips. The Dark Choco Chip Butter Cookies is gluten-free and it tasted good, with bits of crunchy chocolate chips embedded into the butter cookies.
Updates: I have also tried the pineapple tarts, it may need some improvement in terms of taste and appearance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with Signature market’s ordering system, ordered the Chinese New Year gift box on 19 Jan for my client in Singapore, the website said it needs 6-7 days for it to be delivered, today is 15 of February, the Chinese New Year is over and yet my client has not received anything! Called them many times, they said it’s arrived Singapore but can’t tell me the exact date when can it be delivered. And the worst thing is this was said a week ago. To be honest, how big is Singapore? If Signature market couldn’t manage delivery well, better don’t do any online business. Now I’m not even sure if the food in the box is still fresh or not.

I really like their Origin Plants essential oil.Cheaper than other brand but good quality.Great packaging. Free gift with every purchased.Who doesn’t like free gift.I hope Signature Market will continue to provide more quality stuff n also more free gift.Thanks!

Bad: EXPENSIVE. Be prepared to pay through your nose if you buy their snacks outside of promotion period. A 140g bag of assorted nuts can cost up to RM20. For comparison sake, an average apple weights between 70-100g so that's like paying RM10 per apple
Ugly: Be wary of their flash sale deals on Lazada. Was supposed to received 3 packs of 500g but instead they sent me 3 packs of 140g citing order error (a handful of other customers also gotten the same treatment based on the Lazada review section). The heck why we're the ones being punished when the error is beyond our control. Don't you have anybody employed that keeps the pricing on your e-commerce platform in check? At least cancel the orders instead of proceeding with a worse deal for us
