★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that there is few bad review regards to the person who picks up the phone (Receptionist/Operator) does not have phone etiquette. What is the big company going to do about it, as till today no improvement. Before I can finish what I want to say, she immediately transfer the line. And I have been calling few times yesterday due no one answering the ext at the Finance Dept. Beside of keep transferring me to the same ext at least advise me or inform me what is the status of the dept like not many staff working or find a solution to help me since she knows I've been calling so many times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The renovation at the entrance of the front driveway made me wonder how a once beautiful building which is relatively new had to do such renovation so fast. The signage has lost its lustre. All the glasses wall looked that it need maintenance. It is still nice inside
