★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The signature crushed ice was nice but it’s a bit too sweet for my taste. The overall presentation of the dessert was good and taro/sweet potato balls were good (al dente). The grass jelly and pearl balls were normal as expected. However, the best was the server/cashier who is a Malay gentleman, very polite with good customer service. I waited about 10 mins for my dessert even though no other customers. This gentleman did say sorry about the delay but his colleague was laughing at him. I think it’s important to acknowledge the mistake you made and attend it straight away. I have to say my overall experience at this Blackball outlet was good because of this gentleman, keep up the good work. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Blackball Signature because the staff said it is the most similar to Snowflake's Bestseller ‘Cold’. The appearance might be similar but the Snowflake version is so much better. I guess that's the downside of it being cheaper.

On a hot weather, having ice cold is really nice.
Will not return to this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try once before the staff was nice, BUT this time it is worst. Especially the Chinese female chasier, she seem not interested on serving us, she service not even deserved 1star rate. No greeting No thank you, really if you simple don't wanna take our order please let me know , we will just walk away. The food ice blend with hard huge ice cube, it bit even ice blend anymore basically just ice cube with toppings
CONCLUSION, if you really like some bad manner service and some random ice cube dessert here where you get it from.
