β β β β β Irresponsible & lazy person. I bought almost thousand ringgit of things. Shop owner agreed to deliver & cut/fold Y12 metal bar from full length 12meter to below 2.7meter for us to enter the lift and move up to our level 14 unit (all hardware shop will cut for us too, no matter how much total price we bought). But they forgot to cut/fold it. My site didn't have any metal cutter yet for that moment, since those things are just prepare first for my worker before they start work. Also, condo lobby have no electric for us to use grinder to cut off. Furthermore, they only fold it half which still have 6meter we also cant move it up through staircase. So i call the shop owner to come take it back/do themselves on the spot and cut/fold for us and he said is very easy to bend it or cut it, told us to do ourselves. But we don't have tools yet on site, since if the metal so easy to bend or cut, why the shop owner not come over to do it? Driving distance is just 2min from their shop. The metal bar just leave there overnight and condo management penalty us, who pay it? At the end wait until next day I bring the cutter and cut myself. After the shop owner ask us to do our own, he no more reply me. Good Job Sin Ho Hardware. Wish your business can grow up more with this attitude. I rather go further to Fortress Hardware or Homvy Hardware. They more item, helpful, reasonable price and parking too.
