โ โ โ โ โ So annoying when i called up to clinic and check with the staff she told me clinic Open. Once i reached to the clinic i noticed the clinic closed. Wrong information Given by the staff..
The staff should be more Alert and must give correct information to the customer/ patients.

โ โ โ โ โ Was very disappointed with my family's recent experience at this clinic. Attending doctor administered vaccines to my infant children via the buttock region which is not recommended for infants according to product insert and latest guidelines as there is a risk of nerve damage and more severe local reaction. When I approached him nicely to enquire and clarify why he did not follow the standard practice (injection at thigh), he was adamant that this was how they have always done vaccinations in this clinic and he was not apologetic. He also brushed off my concerns with regards to potential side effects of buttock injections in infants and gave the excuse that buttock injections are less painful (which they are not). Will definitely not be visiting this clinic again!
