★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad altitude of Dr and insult my working company just because my working company didn't accept itemize receipt but request for the receipt with title "official receipt" for claims purpose. Never expect this happened to me since i read a lot good reviews about this clinic before bring my kid go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Performed test influenza available here. The season of my son got by flu for almost week. Anti viral got here. Doctor very helpfull and pity to small child. I came from 4 clinic and this is last treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the first time I brought my kid here when she had croup, Dr.Ooi was so being so cautious asking us to handle my kid gently don't upset her because it'll be worsen her condition. After initial diagnosis, he written down the word "croup" on paper so that we can go home read more about it. After that my kid undergone the nebulizer breathing treatment to sooth her throat. My kid recovered after 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ooi is helpful, kind, sincere, professional, knowledgeable and really thinks for the parents and patients. I have always been against antibiotics (not feeding my children with it unless it's completely necessary) and Dr. Ooi will not give antibiotics unless the illness is severe or truly requires that. My kids have been visiting Dr. Ooi since then and they adore him.
