★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience deal with Singer. Always not answering customer phone call. Just imagine, 2 month to get my motor gran. Bad after sales service and this will be the first and last deal with Singer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service..rude they hv no sense to treat customer..perhaps the charges are queit high.. earlier nomany explanation about lawyer charges..out name in CTOs ..the CTOs shows different amount but they ask.us tompay diff amount..cut off the line.wothout ant respond.keep calling no answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should gv - ve for customer service n their collector attitude.. But no - ve star... No reminder for payment delay.. Sunddenly collector called said pymt not settled yet... Paid due to their amount req to settled.. But aft few months sunddenly called said got due again... N the collected attitude was so rude.... N trying to call hq no... Always no answer... Very lazy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service event during MCO or after MCO,my grant motor I was requested 3 month untill now haven't getting.I was pay full settlement yhe hire purchase, but singer management still not yet update in the system the motor bike still belongs to singer,this is a last I deal with singer."Singer menawan hati anda",i feel they not follow this moto.please improve your service,not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up my call. Transferred 3 times, then hang up. Call again, transferred again, then no pick up. Can’t service, can consult, can’t get the info and guidance I need. All the big building and website and staff, yet as a customer I can’t get what I need. Might as well mother company close this side of the business. And don’t bother to reply this to say how you can improve your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. I have call 1 day before, they say open at 8.30am, end up 9am only security allow to go in. Do early full senttlement also get bad service. I won't repeat 2nd time
The number always in busy line, I waste almost 1 week to get through & ask the procedure
