Im interested in buying lebensstil free standing cooker, so i just follow google map to this place for enquiry
I arrived here at 4:40pm, the front desk informed me that there are no one in the office now (with impatient look, she was playing her phone)
So i left my phone number for PIC of lebensstil to contact me, but no one contacted me since then
Congratulations, you just lose one potential customer

โ โ โ โ โ Branded, pricey but low quality product. Bought hob and hood 18 months ago, and not heavily used, already broken. Need to buy spare part already. I write my review here so that more ppl can read and think twice before purchase this product.

โ โ โ โ โ Do re-consider before purchase with this brand!! After sales and service is chargeable whereby price to check cost you RM120.00, reparation another charges... My wine chiller only last for 3 months after reparation which cost me in total RM3xx.00, and now same problem persists and need to pay again for service on checking (RM120.00) only. Reparation will incur another cost. They claimed that this is their Company Policy... Enough for me ... Lebensstile NOT RECOMMENDED

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly this place is the worst. I sent the Lebensstil bread maker in for fixing in Oct 2021. It was only 12 months old, just after warranty ran out. Only used 3 times. First they said can fix, they have parts. Then I kept calling because there was no update. Then they said cannot fix because no more parts but didnโt bother to call me for update. But I insisted they get the parts then since my machine is new and barely used. I canโt just toss it aside. Then only did they say they will order the parts. Why was this not an option given when you have no more parts? And then when I want to pick up after they said itโs been fixed, they open and close their service centre as they please. This is my second attempt to pick up. Very very bad after sales service I must say.
