โ โ โ โ โ I had no idea how to get here with public transport so I had to take taxi. Apparently it's just upstairs from the Dominos, near Wahab cendol.
The beautician was very friendly and the place was cozy. I feel comfortable especially because men are not allowed inside the salon, so it feels like home.
My hair felt nice after getting treatment here and I like their anti-SLES shampoo which I'm still using.

โ โ โ โ โ I waited 2 hours just to get my turn to cut my hair, even though i did an appointment! It was really an unpleasant service plus not to mention the price is expensive, rm40 just for a basic hair cut. The worst part, after waiting for 2 hours, i asked the worker, how much longer it takes for my turn, then she only said "lama lagi". You should have told us before i wasted my 2 hours for nothing!! REALLY NOT recommended to visit. BAD SERVICE BAD SHOP BAD ETHICS.

โ โ โ โ โ the service was good however some of the workers are lack of manners in terms of communication especially with customers. i called them to ask for booking slot and explain a bit about how iโve been there and wanted to come again but maybe my explanation was a bit confusing & the workers answered me with โHAH???โ i was shocked atm. you know with the intonation when you talk with your friends? very unprofessional. this is just one of it, thereโs more i wanted to tell. but it will be too long. i hope the workers will improve by the future.
