β β β β β The stylist used some Japanese brand (not Shiseido) for the hair rebonding cream so my hair looks shiny & not overly straightened.. I love it & would definitely come again.. Hong is a very experienced hair stylist & his service was truly value for my money..

β β β β β I really unsatisfied with this saloon. They didn't make it as what I want. I wanted to do different style they suggested/ force me to do curl. So I decide to do so. End up my money only gonne it's not a small amount of money. And doesn't satisfied myself..

β β β β β The worst Saloon I have been #SyukiSriRampai !!! The boss is really irresponsible .. I'm so DISAPPOINTED ? The coupon they offer can't even be used for anything because he always giving hilarious reasons which is we already discount lolllllllllll....So when the heck can we even use the voucher u give? DEFINITELY WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SALOON AGAIN ! ??????

β β β β β I went to the saloon to do perm for my hair. My hair length is about my neck area and the boss charged me at RM 70 and I was happy for that because it is considered a good deal for me. After that, the boss suggested to do color on my hair as I have many grey/white hairs. We negotiated and agreed on the price for hair coloring at RM 50. I thought everything went well and smooth. BUT TURNED OUT NO, when I went back home, my daughter told me that my grey/white hairs are still there and not just few , IS MANY. The new hair color didn't fully covered my grey hairs at all. After all, I contacted the boss for further discussion as he promised at the first place that he was able to help me to get rid of my grey hairs if I just pay another RM 50 for hair coloring. But turned out the result was very disappointing. TO my surprise, the boss demanded to pay another RM 30 if I wished to retouch-up my hair color. This is the boss's fault for not doing his job properly and what for still ask me to pay another RM 30 for his own mistake?! This is ridiculous! The boss even told me that the price he offered me is cheaper as compared to the price he offered in FAVE. But HELOO, I am not using FAVE to buy your products or services, I came directly to you. You should be responsible for what you do and if you cannot cover my grey hairs with your cheap hair color products then DON'T PROMISED ME AT THE FIRST PLACE. Now, I am paying him another RM 50 for nothing. Everyone, please be aware of this unprofessional and dishonest boss.

β β β β β Its the worst saloon ever they keep forcing me to do other hair service when i already said no to them also the result of my hair not really that good and the service was totally expensive for only highlight i already go lot of saloon the charge is not really that expensive its not like i'm dyeing my whole hair tho but the price looks like i' dyeing my whole hair .. i think the facts their hair service treatment make it really expensive
