โ โ โ โ โ I went for hair relaxing in this hair salon last few days, the service and everything was average, but the hair stylist is not honest. During the last part of my hair relaxing, he put on hair mask/ conditioner for me, and didnโt inform me anything about the extra charge. When I am done with everything and went to the counter to make payment, he informed me that the treatment actually cost rm20. I think this is unacceptable, and will not recommend this salon to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ This was the 1st and last time i will be visited this hair salon. Their boss was so unprofessional, i request a big wave curl on my short hair, but don't know why this fella use small roll on my hair, imagine short hair with super curly make me look like aunty.
Make me ugly is not hurting me the most, but all my hair had ruin, i really felt like wanna cry cause all my hair become so rough. Their boss still challenged me to asked other hair salon whether my hair was broken, he only said my hair was โdryโ.
When i visited other hair salon their staff told me my hair already become โcrunchyโ, all broken only can be cut. And also told me bleached hair cannot do perming. Only that i know he just want to earn my money so even though he know i bleached my hair before he still perm my hair. He can stand still and lie about my hair was only โdryโ because he not gonna responsible to solve my seriously damage hair.
It take one year to trim all my broken hair and i will never forgotten this unprofessional and being irresponsible person to ruin all my hair once in my life.
